I have know Thomas Comunale from early school days. He was a natural leader. He was persuasive not only because he was good with words, but more so because he was able to analyze situations faster and see consequences further than the other guys. Tom is gifted with common sense! He saved us guys from a few "left turns" in life and encouraged us to some good choices as well.
Tom went into business and I into medicine. Even though we didn't cross paths in the marketplace, we did connect many times as he helped me greatly with advice about people issues, launching projects, promoting programs and providing creative ideas.
He is a good wordsmith, a good judge of character. He is exceptional at encouraging people to take advantage of the abilities they have and in helping them develop their skills. Tom is outstanding at helping people achieve. I believe, Tom is uncommonly good at evaluating the talents available and the realities of the circumstances, and recommending the best course of action.
In earnest, I believe Tom does help people and companies be successful. Moreover, and importantly, the recommended path of achievement will be straightforward, honest, and truthful. I have recommended people in difficult or challenging situations to speak with Tom and they were always helped. Tom cares that people do well!

Tom Comunale's services were invaluable to me in jump starting my career following my bachelors program. Tom has great expertise in all aspects of the job search. He worked with me to craft a professional resume and cover letter, helping me to highlight those aspects of my education and experience that were key differentiators and tailor it based on my target industry. His approach to proactive contact with prospective employers was unique and impactful, helping me to secure interviews at companies that had needs but had not yet posted positions to the general public. Tom provided significant guidance around interview preparation, helping me to anticipate questions and hone my response delivery. Tom's assistance throughout my job search was a uniquely motivating force, encouraging me to put my job search into high gear and ultimately land a management position. That position served as a stepping stone into a highly ranked MBA program and ultimately my current position as a business consultant with a top tier consulting firm.

Mr Comunale helped me to really consider what I have to offer a potential employer and to organize and quantify my abilities. His suggestions helped to clean up my resume and to make it more succinct and readable. His advice regarding the interview process was also invaluable. It's great to have a person with his level of enthusiasm in your corner. He helps you to believe in yourself and to transmit that belief to the people you meet in your job search.
